Meet the Doctor

Dr. Rick Hallgren is a 1992 graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa, and is proficient in the Activator Technique, the Palmer Package and the Diversified Method.  He practiced in Anchorage, Alaska before opening his office in the far Northwest area of Las Vegas in 1993.

Dr. Hallgren uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures.   Dr. Hallgren is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Education:

• Dr. Hallgren graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa, then continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, becoming certified and proficient in the Advanced Activator Technique, Cox, Lumbar Flexion Distraction, SOT, Logan Basic, Gonstead Lumbar Pelvis, Physiotherapy Modalities, and Upper Cervical Advanced Technique.  After having worked in Anchorage, Alaska, he opened his practice in the far Northwest corner of Las Vegas, NV early in 1993.  Since that time, he has continued his education by receiving degrees as a Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner, Board Certified; American Board of Independent Medical Examiners in 1996, C.I.C.E.  and Certified Addictionolgist from the American College of Addictionology & Compulsive Disorders in 2001, C.Ad. 

• Dr. Hallgren currently utilizes Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to bring oxygen to tissues of the body that have either been injured or are lacking adequate blood supply such as Autism, Diabetic wound healing and Stroke victims.

• Dr. Hallgren is certified by the State of Nevada and the American Medical Association of Disability Evalutors to preform Permanent Partial Disability Evaluations in the state of Nevada.
